As the navigation topic is vast and spans all of any business, it's not something that is ever finished, and therefore always contains opportunities... Let's talk about your Navigation.
GOVERNANCE is just a fancy word for referring to how your business is structured and organized. Most small and medium-sized companies struggle with this but don't know it while suffering from the consequences. Issues that may signal a need to do something can carry these symptoms; inconsistencies in work methods, quality issues, lack of documentation, and business interruptions. Other signs are meetings without agendas, clear purpose or documented minutes. This list can be very long... and it all needs to be fixed! Poor governance costs money. Lot's of money.
BOARD PARTICIPATION is an alternative over time consultation form, with participation in the accountability of your business as well. Mr Snellman is available to discuss involvement as a member of your board of directors. If the context is right for you and for us, this may be a solution in some cases.
STAFF PLANNING - Discussing staff planning is a health check of efficiency and the ability to harvest sales potentials in your business. Mr Snellman is very inspiring in the staff planning context, taking the view of it passed the classical cost-cutting approach and make it a real business growth enabler.
